Hope you’re having a spooktacular Halloween! In honor of the holiday, I want to highlight two features on the blog today:
Halloween at Dick Van Dyke’s House
I’m still working up a post about this year’s decorations, but you can read the story of how we started helping this Disney icon decorate his front yard for Halloween by clicking HERE, and you can see photos and videos from this year by poking around in my Twitter feed from Oct. 29-30. Enjoy!
Trip Report Update: Parades! Fireworks! More Ham! The Rest of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
I finished up the story of our trip to MNSSHP in a separate post, complete with video of Patrick as Harrison Hightower III, plus the Roots’ gorgeous shots of the Hallowishes fireworks and Mickey’s Boo to You parade. See them like you’ve never seen them before! Click HERE!

February 13, 2012Hi guys
Fabulous blog. Did you do this years Sip and Stroll as I was there for that one. It was my first one and meeting Bob Gurr was amazing. Lots of absolutely wonderful photos and how wonderful to help decorate Dick Van Dyke’s house, loved him since I was a little girl and saw Mary Poppins, he is a true legend.
Thanks for having one of the best blogs out there.

February 13, 2012Hey, thanks! I skipped Sip ‘n’ Stroll so I could do Magic & Merriment, but we’ve had a couple of opportunities to meet Bob Gurr over the years, and we ADORE him! He is so gracious and funny!

October 31, 2011We’re still starstruck ourselves. If you’d told me 5 years ago we’d be hanging out with my fantasy grandpa someday, I never would have believed it!
