  Hi Carrie,

  In the PassPorter’s Wedding guide it mentions that ballrooms have no venue fees or F&B minimums (other than those required for DFTW), do you know if this is still the case for a Rehearsal Dinner or any other non-wedding day event? Also, do you know if the Whitehall Room & Patio follows the same guidelines as the GF ballrooms?

    When you do a non-wedding-day event in a ballroom, there are room-specific food and beverage minimums but no venue fees. I don’t have a list of these anywhere, but depending on room size they range from about $500 to about $2,500. Whitehall is treated the same as the GF ballrooms. Hope this helps!
