Hi Carrie
Do you know what the maximum and minimum capacity is for this venue? Also we’re getting married at the end of August start of September. Is it wise to have a reception outside at this time of year? :s Thanks! 🙂
Hi Rachael! If it’s still available then (at some point they’re going to demo the whole area to replace it with the rumored Pixar/Star Wars/depends on who you talk to additions) the max capacity is 1,025 guests for the entire LMA set. It has a venue fee of $3,000. For just the Extreme Stunt Show Stage, the fee is $1,000 and you can have up to 100 people. The food and beverage minimum for each is $85/person. There is no minimum guest count, but you’d have to be willing to spring for those hefty venue rental fees.
Regarding an outdoor reception, if you did it late enough in the evening, it would probably be fine. And these theme park venues usually can’t be used until after the park closes anyway.
