Is Pixar Place no longer available as an option? I didn’t see it in the most recent version of your ebook. Also, when you say only a percentage of seating is available, is that based on the highest capacity or the number of guests? So if I only had 70 people, only 60% would get a seat?

Yes, it’s still available – I just had to trim that section for space to add some new info! And it doesn’t seem all that popular with weddings… The percentage of seating depends on which kind of function you’re doing. If it’s a walk-around event like a dessert party, they don’t provide seats for every single person, but for a sit-down meal they do.

Thank you! Do you know the venue rental fee? And what times of the year are they more likely to close early so that a reception could start earlier?

$3,000. It’s another $8,600 if you want to keep the ride running. The parks close earlier during the off-season, but Disney keeps shrinking the off-season by plugging in promotions to drive tourism! Traditionally it has been mid-August to September, January to mid-February (excluding Marathon weekend and New Year’s Day) and May.
