New Trip Report: We Did Disneyland Paris in the Snow (So You Don’t Have To)!

At long last, I’ve started a new Disney trip report! We just spent three amazing weeks in London, Disneyland Paris, Real Paris and Edinburgh, and while we were in Paris, they experienced the heaviest snow on record since 1987. Which means it’s the heaviest snow ever seen at Disneyland Paris! Which also means we got a ton of amazing photos and got on almost no rides!

This first installment of the trip report is my standard (i.e., epic) overview of all my best tips for planning a vacation like this. I’m going to write up the entire trip, because I figure anyone planning to visit Disneyland Paris from the US may also be interested in adding some of the other cities we saw (just like I’m pretty sure someone planning a trip to Disneyland in California would not fly all the way over here from the UK just to spend four days at the parks).

Whether you stick it out for the whole thing or just drop in for the Disneyland Paris part, I hope you enjoy following our adventure!

This way to the first installment…

Oh boy, oh boy! A Lurkyloo trip report – Christmas has come early for me this year! And for a location that is at the very top of my dream trip list (London.) I am so super excited to read this! Thank you for sharing your travels with us!

Just so you know – I love the way you write (and that you and Patrick take pictures). If you were to recap, say, even a trip to Target in the “no big trip” years, I would still enjoy that! 😉

😀 That is very kind of you to say! A trip to Target can be pretty hilarious (is it even possible to get outta there for less than $50?)… I guess I should consider it! Patrick has been encouraging me to write up just parts of each day of our smaller trips so that I can have something—anything—for the website. I think I need to get over my epic mentality.

You are a treasure trove of information and I read every word! Maybe you and Patrick should become professional private tour guides. If this is what you get for celebrating 10 years of marriage, I wonder what we will get for celebrating our upcoming 45 years of marriage… I can’t wait for your next installation!
