This looks amazing! I am planning my reception here, however we will only have around 15 guests so just making a regular reservation. I would love it to be decorated like this. I’m guessing that’s not possible unless hiring the whole place? How would I even go about this?

Hi Danielle! Yes, to decorate, you would need to book it via Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings’ Wishes collection ($12,000+, but 15 guests would be OK) or Disney Catered Events ($3,500 minimum, no wedding cake, gown, DJ, or anything else that would make it seem like you were trying to have a wedding without going through Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings).

Has anyone ever been rained out of this reception venue before and if so, do we know what the backup locations usually are? Or is it rain or shine since it’s semi-covered?

I asked the bride I know who had her reception there. She was told that a room at the Contemporary Convention Center was the backup for the BBQ Pavilion, but only in case of lightning, since the pavilion is covered and will be fine if it only rains.

What do you think?
