If I decide to go with the Wishes package how much is this venue fee? I’m thinking on a Wednesday. Also what times do they allow for this venue?

Hi Sara! Ceremonies at Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Station have a $15,000 ceremony fee, a $10,000 food and beverage minimum and a $15,000 enhancement minimum, regardless of day of the week. They only occur at 7am. If you have my Fairytale Weddings Guide, complete pricing and information is available in Chapters 3 and 5 for all the venues you see on this site.

Thank you! I did get the book last night which leads to my follow up question lol Since this ceremony site has the food minimum does that meet the F&B minimum for the reception or is that separate? Just curious if it is just for the ceremony how I would meet $10,000. Sorry if this is a silly question.

Not a silly question! This stuff can be confusing. The flat $10,000 minimum is for your reception and pre-reception and replaces the standard per-person food and beverage minimums ($140/$165/$190) that come with Wishes. Depending on which reception venue you pick, it may also have its own food and beverage minimum, but you won’t have to worry about that because no venue has one that is more than $10,000!

How many people will this train station hold for a ceremony? We were thinking of having roughly fifty people however we can add and take away as needed.

It holds 50 people, max, and that’s a tight squeeze.

Do you know if you can get married inside Belle’s Castle ?

Hi Shelby! At this time, the only locations approved by the park for wedding ceremonies are Main Street Station and West Plaza Garden. They won’t even let Disney Fine Art Photography shoot portrait sessions inside Be Our Guest Restaurant as it is too disruptive to preparations for meal service. So I don’t see them ever opening it to wedding ceremonies.

Thanks so much for your quick response! I think we’ve decided on The Attic for a cocktail party. It was suggested to us by Disney Dining and after looking through your blog and seeing all of the different spaces that you have so kindly shown, we decided this is the best for the number of people in our party! Thank you again! Your info has been VERY helpful! Have a Magical Day! 🙂

Do you know if this venue is available for NON wedding events? My dad is turning 60 in June of next year (2017) and we have a HUGE family reunion planned for March. He LOVES the Main Street Train Station, and this would be PERFECT as a venue for a cocktail party for him. 🙂

I love the idea of a cocktail party at this venue! Unfortunately, Disney does not offer catered events inside the Magic Kingdom—the only way to use this location is for a wedding/vow renewal ceremony. But if you talk to Disney Catered Events, they may be able to come up with something cool outside the park. They have a ton of props—I’m sure if you wanted to re-create a train depot, they could do it in a ballroom! Or maybe you could take him on the Behind the Magic of Our Steam Trains tour (if he hasn’t been on it already).

What do you think?
