The Odyssey – EPCOT

1. Hey Carrie! I was wondering do you know if you can walk into this location any day to look at it or do you need to be allowed in through an official site visit? Wasn’t sure if it’s still open to the public or if it is normally closed.

   1. It is in almost continuous use as a venue for the various Epcot festivals, and those seem to be held year-round nowadays, so I think you have a pretty good chance of being able to walk in there.

2. Hi Carrie! Do you know what the venue fee and f&b minimum are for The Odyssey?

   Also, do you know if they would let me change the projections from the Epcot symbol to something else? Thanks!

   1. Back when it was available, the venue fee was $650 and the food and beverage minimum around $3,000. But this is now being used as a preview center, so it won’t be available for private event again until that closes.

   Thank you for your wonderful guide!!! Do you know if this space is available again an how many people does it fit if we also want space for a dance floor and a sit down dinner?

   1. I’m so glad you like the guide! I haven’t heard of anyone using it lately, but it is *always* worth asking your sales consultant, since they change stuff all the time!
