Hi Abbie! Pricing is completely a la carte, so it just depends on what you want. The only set decor packages offered by Disney Floral are the ones they created for Escape packages, which cost either $1,600 or $1,635 and can be seen HERE. Otherwise, Disney requires you to submit photos or descriptions of what you want, and then they get back to you with pricing (which is frustrating, I know!) I have some pricing for individual decor elements and aisle runners in the Ceremony Floral & Decor section of Chapter 3 of my Fairytale Weddings Guide. For example, the standing candelabra you see at a lot of Wedding Pavilion ceremonies cost $62.50 each plus the cost of floral, which runs $300–$500 per arrangement. Aisle runners range from $150 to $2,000 depending on how personalized you want them (like, the word count for names or “Happily Ever After” and whether they use glitter).

Do Disney let cake/toast celebrations to happen in the outside of the wedding pavilion? I’ve seen pictures of the ceremony happening in front of the picture point (the arch that have the two rings next at the right hand outside the pavilion), but haven’t seen/heard about cake/toast celebration in here. My wedding will be a Friday at noon, so there will be no wedding after mine.

Generally, no. For Escape events affected by the recent closure of Disney’s beaches, they did offer Picture Point (that arch) and a few other non-standard locations. You can always ask about it though. Back in the day (10+ years ago) all Escape events at the Wedding Pavilion had their cake and Champagne celebrations in the covered breezeway outside the Wedding Pavilion. They haven’t offered it in years, but it never hurts to ask!

Hi Carrie! My fiance and I love your site and your podcast. We are beginning to plan our special day. I was wondering if you have ever heard of someone having their reception at the Garden View Tea Room at the Grand Floridian? Thanks for all the info!

Hi Rebecca! Do you mean as a private event or while it’s open? They do rent it out for private meals during times when it’s not normally open, but you would not be able to have a full Wishes reception there due to restrictions on entertainment. If you make a large-party reservation during regular operating hours there are also some restrictions, like no games, speeches or opening of presents.

Hello Carrie! My name is Dan and I live in DeBary. I was married at the Disney Wedding Pavilion 10 years ago and had the reception at Victoria & Alberts’. The entire staff was marvelous! Unfortunately, I recently was divorced and have several thousand dollars worth of Disney Wedding Pavilion merchandise, artwork, collectibles, and many more items. I would like them to go to a happy couple – I am not looking to make profits. In fact, everything I have will be sold at a fraction of retail. I can be reached at 386-334-1163 and Swansondan760@aol.com. I would encourage anyone that is going to be married, or has been married at the Disney Wedding Pavilion to contact me as soon as possible. These items need a good, loving family. Thanks and God Bless.

Hi Dan! You might try searching for Disney selling communities on Facebook or see if there’s a Sell/Trade board on the DISboards.com too!
